-abusive behavior that bullies, manipulates, or abuses

-mood swings

- use of intimidation tactics

- lack of concern for subordinates well being

- motivated by self interest

- don’t have awareness of how they impact others

- pitting certain employees against others

- demeaning or marginalizing others

- blaming others for failures rather than taking responsibility

- motivated by self interest

- does not champion those around him / her
